Scholarships for College Upperclassmen and Non-Traditional Adults

MCF has a pool of scholarship funds that are dedicated to College Upperclassmen.

• To be eligible, you must currently be going into your college sophomore, junior or senior year, and you must be 24 years of age or younger. You also must NOT be currently receiving any renewable scholarship through the Middletown Community Foundation, high school program.

MCF also has a pool of scholarship funds that are dedicated to Non-traditional Adults.

• To be eligible, you must currently be 25 years of age or older. Non-traditional Adults may apply once per year. These scholarships are one-time scholarships, meaning they do not automatically renew.

Upperclassman and Non-Traditional Adults may apply from June 1 through July 1 at 5pm.

You will need to upload your transcripts, and a nice image of yourself (not a selfie). All application information must be completely turned in by the appropriate due date and time. Until that time, you may make changes and additions to your application. You can track your application through SLM to see what you have completed and what you still may need to complete before the deadline.

Please monitor your email inbox from us to be on top of receiving important information and reminder emails to complete these tasks. Failure to do so may result in your application being marked as ineligible.

You will be required to answer essay questions. We STRONGLY suggest that you write the essays in a word processing program so that you can have them reviewed and edited, then cut and paste them into your online application in the appropriate space.

Payments will be sent to your college/institution by mid-August.
